The mats are great. The customer service is atrocious. My order was late by a couple of days, so i contacted Tufmat. They don’t have a number where you can talk to somebody. The number just refers you to the website to send an email. I sent an email, no response. I sent second email, no response. Finally I was able to use a chat feature to talk to a friggen chat bot that kept telling me that my order was delivered. It obviously wasn’t. The chat bot eventually said to contwct the shipping company. So it was on me to figure out where the hell my package was. I contacted Fed ex, who had my package. They had negligeted to deliver the mats and they were, at that time, in another state. So, I had to wait a few more days before the mats were finally delivered. The box was tore up and the mats were all creased. They ended up being fine, but once you pay tufmats, don’t expect them to help you out at all—terrible customer service.

Great fit and great coverage. Wasn't sure exactly of the material but was pleasantly surprised and glad I selected TuxMat over the others I was looking at.

2026 Ford F250 Lariat. Yes it came with... OK mats. Then I bought a popular brand that I thought were going to be better that stock. They were about the same as stock. Just so happened I saw an ad for TuxMat. Knew this was what I wanted, if it fit as good as TuxMat said? WOW! Did it! These TuxMats are absolutely beautiful, fit in all those usual unprotected spots. Very easy to install and I could not be happier. I would call this a perfect fit for my truck. Only thing I can say is, I'm upset I didn't know about TuxMat sooner. I'm spreading the word now. Shipping was quick. Happy customer. Thanks
