Ankle holster

Build quality is very good but it barely fits around my ankle,I’m 190 lbs 6’1” 33” waist, my ankles aren’t larger than most, I have a hard time finding boots that will get tight enough around them. I emailed customer service over a week ago about an extension and they still haven’t responded back to me.It also won’t carry a 1911 style gun cocked and locked like it’s supposed to be.Would be nice if they said that in the description .
