Velvet Dog Hoodies

I ordered the wrong size and the customer service representatives bent over backwards to go above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase. I bought a matching hoodie for my sister and her puppy

Initially a bit of sceptical as it is ship directly from China. However once the hoodie was arrived all of the doubt was gone. Quality is excellent. Size that I picked abit to tight but the exchange process is flawless. AAA+ service.

Sooo turns out the XL wasn’t a great fit for my West Highland White Terrier (the M was ridiculously small and the XL was way too big) here’s hoping the L’s will be better - but it did fit my British Short Hair - here the boys are; all snuggled up and ready for bed time. The quality is amazing; I have the matching hoodie and it’s my favourite thing to wear!
