Organic Digestive Seed Blend

So good with my fruit yogurt and granola in the morning!

I'm a fan of everything Barleans. It started in a grocery store when I was on vacation looking for a fiber supplement, I saw the black container, attractive in appearance, a bit old-school looking, so I picked it up. I read the label and the philosophy and bought it. Loved the flax. Like no other I'd tasted or seen-.way better. Now I've gone through several of these, the digestive seed blend, and love it. It's hearty, the two scoops I put in my oatmeal, lasting until early afternoon, and tasty. Exactly what I was looking for. As to the digestive assistance, it seems to work.
