Great machine, assembly nightmare!

It’s a 5 star machine. Fantastic quality for the price. But a DIY nightmare. DOES NOT COME WITH ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS!! Unlabeled, poorly packaged hardware. I googled it and found a two year old YouTube video of assembly of a similar machine, but with some major differences. I had to disassemble and reassemble a lot of portions of this. If you’re not familiar with these machines, good luck assembling them blindly and guessing which bolts go where!!

Lat pulldown

Everything came in perfect and was easy to assemble after watching the video. The aluminum pulleys and cable system is just as smooth as a commercial gym. Would definitely recommend these especially for the price point that it’s at. Customer support was also really helpful and understanding.

It’s all good

Had a really good first experience with the company. I purchased the stand alone lat tower, Northland open trap bar and some rubber grip plates. The lat tower has been great so far; very stable. Assembly wasn’t terrible difficult. The YouTube video helped a lot. The service was very good from the time I placed my orders through pick up (I live a few hours away from the warehouse). I will continue to keep an eye on their website for new products and think they’re a great alternative to a lot of the other companies out there (you know who they are) - lots of bonus points from me for being in the PNW.
