Honestly just a great addidtion to any gym for accessory work. Wish I would have bought sooner. Only 4 out of 5 is simply bought 2 and were packaged seperate and sent seperate days.

Great little attachment!

I mean, you can use a bench but this is a lot more comfortable and nice to have. Fit the older model squat rack no problem and the free standing one. Again, great item from Giant Lifting. Love these guys!
