Apex Men's Heated Tech Hoodie

I like the jacket because it’s between a lightweight jacket which is too light for this time of year and a heavier coat, which is too heavy for wearing indoors on cool days. My only complaint is that there are no heating elements on the arms. So when I go from inside a house on the cooler side, to the outside. My arms tend to get cold. Almost to the point where I have to consider a heavier jacket, and being overly warm, just for my arms.
