First off I would like to thank Chin Mounts for taking care of me on the first gen broken mount. I rode with my helmet modular design in the up position at 70 mph on the highway and when I put my helmet down I noticed that the camera was pointing kind of down I went to readjust it and noticed that the mount felt loose. I always run safety cables on all of my cameras no matter what their mounted with. It seems to be just good practice after almost losing an insta360 off the back of my bike I now safety cable everything. The new mount is much more robust it's very thick and it clears the opening mechanism even better than I did before. It's quite a bit thicker and material where it needs to be I think they did a good job of listening to the needed upgrades. Best of all they took care of me on this I'll stand behind a company that stands behind their product!
