Personalised Trick or Treat Halloween PJS Pyjamas

Wrong item was sent,pyjamas have plain grey sleeves and trousers,no response from seller,took 19 days to arrive not the 4-6 stated when ordering,quality of what was sent is good though

Have not yet received my purchase and it's nearly been a month, written to the company 5 time's with no reply! Asked for a refund but have had nothing with that either , very poor customer service. I have now had to make an official complaint. Which is pending . Very unfortunate as I love the site and product so disappointed.
