Although I received the wrong size initially, the customer service was wonderful and prompt with their response. They sent a return label and immediately sent out the correct size. Mistakes can happen, it's how a company handles the mistake that gives them 5 stars.

As far as cooling goes, I cannot tell the difference. I also thought for the price I was buying for both sides. It is only one side
