AMAZING Customer service! There quality and turnaround response time were just as should be. Answered all my questions and concerns thru multiple emails in a timely manner. At first I was a bit concerned about the delivery of the baby chicks because the pricing was the best I found on the internet, but sure enough 2 days later, I had the baby chicks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will definitely seek them for future reference and needs.

The first order got lost in the mail somehow. I emailed them and they sent out a second shipment that got here within 2 days. Great customer service when something went wrong.
