Live Superworms

Arrived dead and smelly. Cancelled subscription. This is the second order I have received in this condition.

Unfortunately, all but 2 superworms were dead on arrival. They were unpacked right away and there weren't any extreme temperature or weather conditions during the shipping window. I reached out for support twice to see if they could send replacements, but received no response.

Unfortunately our box came to us crushed, the lid had popped off, and the worms were mostly dead. I was able to save a few. I'm not sure if it was a problem from dragon's diet or a problem as it was traveling to us.
