Appliance is fine.

Ordered the popcorn maker straight from the mfg. for a reason. It was a gift for someone else. I am told it works fine. But from my perspective, first, the box it came in was torn, had holes, really beat up, I have pictures. Inside, no manual, no paperwork of any kind inside. Not sure that's normal. Expected more ordering it direct, guess I should have gone to Target or similar place and got one in good shape and complete.
