I tried the tea and I was quite impressed and I haven’t tried the syrup yet. I know once I try it I will love it. I love supporting a local business who gives back to the community.

I’ve not opened or tried the syrup yet but the transaction experience was abominable which is sure to sour my taste buds for this company and their products. I received an incorrect item they’ve not made easy to return and would rather argue about over 5 phone calls, instead of just picking up the incorrect item and replacing it with the correct item. Very disappointing. I ended up ordering two other bottles from Amazon which delivered speedily and correctly. It’s really too bad because I would’ve rather given the money to a small business. Furthermore the Lavender Life Company tacks on fees after the transaction is made, so you can’t see what the total is until it hits your credit card. This is not agreeable. I do not recommend. They need some improvement in Customer Service.
