Roaster's Choice Coffee Subscription

I enjoyed this well-enough but it’s a bit more acidic & lighter than I would regularly drink. To me, it leaves a tea-like flavor note on my palate. A lot of people would like this. I lean more towards a medium, sweet body brew. Their Ixlama is in my wheelhouse. Regardless, this is a good-quality, single-origin coffee. I recommend it to those that enjoy a light-roast coffee.

Top notch coffees. Im in my third month. I received the new “Kuti Mill Papua New Guinea” beans. Very good. Depending on how you brew it, you could get a note of black tea, ever so slight note of apple with a nice lingering sweet chocolate caramel finish. That’s how it tasted brewed with my Kalita Mino. At the West Ashley cafe, i got a pour-over there, made with these beans, I tasted black tea and a bit more noticeable apple and the sweet light chocolate finish. On my Aiden today, I’m getting a more milk chocolate from front to back. I contribute that to grinding finer on ny second cup. First cup was similar to the flavor notes at the cafe.

This roast was absolutely delicious!
