FH135 35,000 BTU 120 Volt Swimming Pool Heat Pump

I bought this heater during the 2025 Black Friday sale so delivery was made during the busiest time of year to upstate NY. This is my 2nd Fibropool heater, bought the FH120 4 year ago and it worked great once the local humidity got into the right range. Was able to get to and hold 93° in our 5000 gal 9x18 pool, my wife and my favorite temperature, easily held 88° all season, joints love it. The problem I had with the FH120 was shipping damage, the 1st one was returned because it was trashed in shipping and even the 2nd one came with minor damage but I accepted it. Well golly gee, you folks outdid yourself. When I received the FH135 and unboxed it, well it took forever, that's a good thing. The box came with a hole in it and I'm obviously expecting the worst. It became apparent once I got the inside box out of the outer shipping box that there's probably not going to be a problem. Opened up the 2nd box only to find, wait for it, "A 3RD BOX!!!" with all kinds of foam around the unit! You really came thought with packaging as I'm sure that over the years the shipping companies cost you a small fortune in returns. Job well done. I'm going to finish hooking everything up today. Got it mounted and your packaging of the connection fittings and other stuff inside was excellent. Plus the hose to unit connection fits the hose threaded connector perfect, not sloppy requiring multiple wraps of Teflon tape like the previous fittings on my FH120 to stop leaks. Waiting for water delivery to get it fired up. Who knows, maybe I'll be in the pool by April 15th again! When I had an issue with the FH120 you were prompt with responding and resolving the problem and explaining that it needs a certain amount of humidity to work the best. As the FH120 exceeded my expectations I'm sure that this FH135 also will. Thanks again, great job!

Good morning, when I ordered the heat pump with the associate, Mr. Gundez He was informative and professional. I had explained my situation to by pool now for the Memorial weekend. My concern was the warranty time. He reassured me all will be good. He even informed me that the unit was packed like Fort Knox and fact it was. The unit was the best packed package that I have ever seen. I have always had COFINDENCE in all their products and ASSOCIATES. I'm just a little guy with an above ground pool I'm with them for life. Perfect for our above ground pool

This heater has been a great addition to our 24' round above ground pool. Was a great help this year in heating the pool after we had to empty and refill. It has also been maintaining temperature well over 80 degrees here in NY. Extended our pool season last year. Set up was easy and operation is too.
