I’m really happy with the ladder so far. My only issue was that it came slightly damaged (see photo). Hope this dent doesn’t compromise the structural integrity over time. Good product, though I think the rails could be made with a thicker walled pipe and increased weight rating. Seems a bit weak but we’ll see what happens over time and when I get my first overweight guest to use it. Also, I returned the first one I purchased which was a standard shape version. You guys should change your listing for that style because it does not fit an above ground with walls in the range of 48-54 inches. My walls are 52” and by the time you put rails through deck and set the ladder to bear on the floor, the rails are in the deck at the slanted portion of the rails and that doesn’t work. You should either change your range or change the bends of the rails to actually accommodate pools in that range.
