Hard to Drink Out Of

I like the look and general functionality of the lid. However, when the opening is flipped open, it doesn't lie flat so my nose runs into it. I have to turn my head sideways to drink out of it and then it sometimes dribbles. I wish I could say it is amazing, but I just can't.

Great gift and product.

It was for my daughter and she loves it. She was tired of tasting metal when drinking coffee so was recommended this bottle. Very happy.
