My night time ritual

I love taking my evening elixir each night after my sauna. It completely disguises the tastes of my creatine that I add along with some additional Ceylon cinnamon to make it extra healing and delicious. It is so low calorie that it doesn’t break my night time fast and helps with overnight hydration. I never miss this part of my sleep routine.

Essential evening tonic

This delicious blend has become an essential part of my night time routine. I notice the difference to my sleep if I run out or miss it. As I don’t like milky drinks at night, I mix a heaped teaspoon with hot water and make a little ‘shot’. Will continue to purchase, really love this blend and the carefully curated ingredients.

Evening Elixir

We have been using the Evening Elixir for about 18 months now and very rarely miss an evening dosage. Both my husband and I partake in this delicious drink about two hours prior to lights off. I recently inadvertently picked up the white chocolate Evening Elixir and it is now the favourite. Feels so indulgent but it’s so healthy!
