This was pretty tasty short bread cookie. I followed the instructions exactly and the cookie was able to harden and hold its shape incredibly well. The 2nd time I forgot to measure the butter after melting and the cookies broke more easily. One issue I had was that the test batch cookies were super grainy. After some research I found that letting the dough sit for about an hour to hydrate helps reduce the grainy mouthfeel A LOT. I am not gluten intolerant (friend is) so this mattered a lot to me (so we could serve the cookies during events). Cookie flavor was yum
