The port wine spreadable cheddar didn’t last the day, it was so delicious. The Pepper Jack is the best Pepper Jack I’ve ever had. The 50% less fat sharp Cheddar is tasty, surprisingly creamy and melts well! I’m not sure it’s really 50% less fat. I also ordered the set of cheese jams. I’ve only tried 2 of them so far, Orange and Spiced Fig. They both are delicious with high fruit content and perfectly sweet. Superior and excellent quality all around.
