I have my coffee black and like all Skybury varieties. It's great to purchase Aussie grown, happy to support local growers. Found out about Skybury whilst holidaying in Cairns and had a wonderful lunch there on a day trip through the Atherton Tablelands. Discovered my local Aldi stocks the Skybury papayas too so have been enjoying them too!

Great every time

Ordered this coffee twice now since visiting the plantation on holidays in Queensland during 2024, and it’s just as good as I remember it! The house blend has a unique flavour you can’t find elsewhere - and the papaya jam is a must too if you’re into that. This coffee has a special place in my heart.
