Amazing coffee

Firstly I never knew that coffee grows in Australia.I brewed my first cup of coffee this morning and it was absolutely fantastic.It had complex floral notes that I have not tasted with other coffees.Mild acidity and great rounded taste.Highly recommended.

Interesting coffee.

My only gripe is the lack of a roasted-on date. Just a used by date is a bit of a cop-out. However, the coffee is excellent; it has an unusual bronze coloured crema. With my machine about 20g of beans for 40g of coffee in about 35-odd seconds produced the best coffee for me. It had a roasted malt-like flavour and something like vanilla that I found appealing. I'm quite suprised at the quality of Aussie-grown and roasted coffee. I'm a fan!
