Horrible Service !!

Great light. The customer service is horrible, I called at least 12 times and left messages for a call back. I never received a call back for the warranty on a light that I own or the states of the tracking # that was no good. Also emailed a manager named Thomas C for a call back on the shipment of my new order and he refused by email to call me back.

Very powerful and worth every penny.

Bought this about a month ago for van camping and walking the dog at night. Just last night our power went out (we live in a mountainous region where the power goes out frequently) and reached for this thing immediately. The beam is so strong and helped me get the generator started in the dark and get a few lights up. I haven't really tested the longevity of a full battery but I love this thing so far. It IS heavy on your head, tho, FYI.
