Receive my refurbished product and everything appears to be good except the volume dial. The volume dial is smashed into the keyboard? It’s very hard to turn and is missing the tactile click that my pro 4 had.

Great Keyboard

Keys have a good feel when typing and the layout of the keys is really convenient. I opted for a refurbished keyboard and was quite pleased with the looks of the board.

Another Great DAS Keyboard

I just added a USB-C pcie card to my computer and replaced my DAS Keyboard 4 Professional with this keyboard. I really like the lighted keys that have different light levels! I had to have the Blue "clicky" switches again. I use a DAS 4 Pro at work and brought my old DAS 4 Pro here to work to use with another computer. I'm hooked on these keyboards!
