THE KEYBOARD IS FENOMENAL

i was typing with my happy hacking keyboard until now but i always wanted something more traditional with cool rgb and that was tocky and felt really good to write on. Received mine today and it was just insane its literally the best thing i have done with my money for a while. and the packaging was really good too. for the price this might be one of the best deals on this custom side of keyboards

The keyboard is phenomenal but colour chosen at first purchase wasn't available

The keyboard itself I have no complaints. Its sturdy, a very satisfying sound and the keys give just enough tactile feedback that keeps you typing. For my purposes the size gives me a comfortable typing experience as well. Why I'm giving it one star less it's not because of the keyboard itself but the buying experience. I chose the brown mocha version of this keyboard it was available and no warning on the site on any kind of shortage yet after a few days I get an email that the color isn't available even after payment. I got the choice of the black version or a refund, the customer service was excellent tho they replayed fast and I settled for the black version. I hope this is a rare occurrence and I wish the site took care to warn it's customers when a shortage happens.

Honest review

The keyboard's quality was acceptable BUT there are some issues... Firstly, the metal piece was not attached correctly on the keyboard. I saw that many people complained about this, but they couldn't solve this problem. When I asked the support for a solution, they couldn't help that much. Secondly, some keys were stuck when I pressed them down. It was uncomfortable to use for typing and gaming. The last one is my personal opinion, but they should have made partly transparent keycaps. The keyboard has RGB but it is not very useful in the dark if I can't see the letters, numbers on the keyboard. I know I can just replace the keycaps for another ones but then I can't see the signs to use some functions. I did get some money back, but I am still not satisfied with the amount of the refund and with the keyboard :(
