Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I haven't been using it that long. It's been about 2 weeks, using it pretty regularly. It does seem to working, calming irritated areas from shaving, I still have some hyperpigmentation but it does seem a little better. So I'm hoping for even more improvement over some more time. I've been using with the Ingrown Bar for best results.
