Exotic Large Messenger Bag

The bag is too heavy

Item arrived all rumpled because of poor packaging. It was squeezed into a small bag, as a result of which the leather surface was anything but smooth. Worse still, one of the buckles would not stay in place. It came off every time the bag was shaken even gently. Customer service argued back and forth with me when I asked for an address to return the bag to before finally agreeing to take it back only if I would pay the shipping cost. I’m very dissatisfied with this seller and I plan on returning the item even if at a cost to me. I just want to make a point.
