Play in the nahl so I skate everyday. Within 4 skates the top layer on inside of each skate is peeling off and progressively gets worse.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the extra protection on the skate. But I’ve had them for about a month now and the outer layer starts to peel, the fabric gets all stringy, and it just doesn’t feel high quality at all anymore. And it’s almost…soggy now? That said, this thing does protect you quite a bit, and the few times I took shots to the foot by a few D1 guys, I didn’t feel a thing. It does the job, but doesn’t last all that long, and kinda turns into a piece of weird looking fabric.
