Well made, but very narrow

My son informed me they were super tight and his foot felt like it was in a vice. He returned them and the very next day you notified him that the Thomas loafer he is exchanging is being fulfilled as I write this. Exceptional service! You deserve high praise for keeping your word and following through on what is written on your website. He is anxiously waiting for his Thomas loafers to arrive.
