Great shirt & shirt was delivered on time

I refused the item for a refund, I wanted the shirt for an event. I ordered the shirt on Dec 16 and was told it would take 7-10 days for delivery. The shirt sat in New York for a week before any movement was made. I then received the shirt about a week after that by then the event was over. Yes I could have worn it on multiple occasions but my primary reason for ordering it was disappointing that I didn’t receive it in a timely manner.
