In today's world where so much is mediocre, high priced, and without good service, Capella Cheese stands out! Their cheeses are well chosen, very flavorful, and their packing and shipping is wonderful. I look forward to trying many more of their cheeses and crackers over the years!

Nice subtle cheddar flavor but must be eaten and tasted by itself because the flavor is not robust and easily masked.
