Wow... these guys made me speechless. I recently ordered this machine and it showed up in a few days and had a very very minor issue. VERY minor. When Kurt with the sales team followed up with me to make sure everything looked good I mentioned the minor issue. They treated me like I was their most important customer. They very quickly came up with a solution and had the issue corrected immediately. For this minor inconvenience they went WAYYYY above and beyond in making the situation right. A company with customer service like this just doesn't exist anymore. Kurt and the team created a customer for life. My small (but growing) fence company will strive to look for any excuse to do business with the Stain and Seal Experts. Oh and the machine itself is genius, well made, and will pay for itself within 1 month if my math is correct!
