5 Shelf Free Standing Pipe Shelving Unit

Firstly the product is very good. What tarnished the whole experience for me was the issue to send a complete order. The initial order over ran the expected time, not a problem for me in the first instance as this is a bespoke item. When delivered two important items were the wrong size, stopping the shelves being assembled. Apologies ensued, I then received the correct size but the wrong finish, again stopping the shelves being constucted. The e-mails were answered quickly and I did receive the correct items relatively quickly. But overall for a bespoke expensive item I would expect better quality control that matches the quality of the product.
