Beautiful custom bookshelf

We are so happy with our bookshelf and have been so impressed with the communication from start to finish. We needed a very specific size and they were so accommodating with what we asked for. We absolutely love it and are so happy that it not only looks cool but is super functional (we managed to fit 3 small bookshelves of books onto this one). The handyman who installed it for us actually was so impressed he asked for the company details. Thank you so much ❤️📖📚

Great product, service & comms doesnt match

Great set of products and the variances available to ensure precise fitting and colour matching can not be faulted - product received a little later than anticipated and simple enough to build and looks fantastic!! Due to work commitments, I missed their call to arrange for delivery - so I emailed them out of hours for an update AND also that I noted their sale price was now lower than I had paid - could they please match this, not unreasonable. Reply received promptly following morning, they'd sent the delivery anyway and hoped was ok (it wasnt as was a work day) and no mention of their sales price different. Quick panic, dash home and by sheer luck courier arrived late in the day. Summary - great product, only buy during when they have a sale on and dont miss their call as once shipped it'll be up to you to liaise with the courier
