Bought this product for my son and he said it works nicely.

I don't review things...

But, there comes a time when you find something that good you have to. This is the only non melatonin with good stuff for me sleep aid I have found. Converted my wife, we take it every night. Best thing is if you wake up in the middle of the night, you can get back to sleep. NO GROGGINESS. Hurry up and buy.
