Just received the acupressure mat set as a gift and its dope! I love using in different ways (standing on it, lying on it, sitting on it, under my neck).I feel so relaxed after a session.acupressure is such a fantastic wellness tool. after the initial pain/discomfort when you first lay on it, it’s honestly one of the most relaxing things ever. I can literally fall asleep on it.
