Boards look good but broke on first day of use

The boards look great. We’ve used them a lot! BUT… they are not made very well. The leg cross brace broke off on the first day just by being struck by a bag that went through the hole and hit it directly. Poor design. The tacks and glue are insufficient to hold the cross brace on the rear of the legs. The cross brace should have been placed on the front of the legs, that way being struck would just push the brace into the legs. But with the cross brace being behind the legs, the bags striking it push it away from the legs. We love corn hole. The boards look nice. But I shouldn’t have to add glue and screws to it on the first day.

These boards are sick! The design is sharp, the quality superb and the LED light ring (super easy to install, btw) is awesome! The whole family is excited to have a week-long corn hole tourney at the Lakehouse for the 4th!
