Difficult customer

I ordered custom boards for a family member and worked closely with the design team through many emails to finalize my vision. Once they understood what I wanted—after some revisions—they delivered outstanding results. The boards look incredible, and I blocked out the family member's last name for privacy. Communication, turnaround time, and shipping were exceptionally fast; the boards were completed and shipped almost immediately after approval. We added lights, and the quality is top-notch, American-made. The team was great to work with, and I'll definitely buy from them again. Although I struggled to communicate my ideas at first, they exceeded my expectations once everything was clear.
