New Pivot Straw Cap Replacement Straw Only

I purchased a new bottle for my 12 sleeve, and 5 straws. There was an issue with the replacement straw not fitting in the hole of my 2 current caps, this has been quite satisfactorily resolved. I explained the problem at length to customer service. She listened and understood what I felt was a quality control issue, but all it was that the cap design had changed. As a long time user of life factory products, I have purchased at least 7, and still use 4 of them. I just received a new cap and 5 more straws that do fit my 2 old caps. I now have 3 Pivot straw caps with 10 replacements straws. I couldn't be happier with the product and customer service! Thank you so much!
