Leaking jar

I ordered coconut and chocolate. The coconut was very good however I noticed the jar of chocolate is leaking. We were away for a few days and it had leaked a brown liquid in the fridge. So for that reason I’m not sure I should try. Is there any way I could have a replacement or refund?
