I use this instead of iron supplements for myself and my daughter and it has made all the difference. I use it in her weetbix as well as any dinners with a sauce. Highly reccomend!

Ruins the taste of anything you add it to.

Unable to use it, ruins the taste of anything it’s added to. Ruined a whole pot of 1kg mince, only added 3 tablespoons. You need to consume too much to really get any benefit from it.
