Peru Cajamarca Is the best coffee out there

I highly recommend Peru Cajamarca coffee, it has a nice chocolate flavor and is very smooth. You definitely want it light roasted to bring out the unique flavor which I prefer over any other coffee I've tried.

Peruvian Cajamarca

The roast is darker than Tanzanian Peaberry which is what we usually drink. I used the same proportions of water and beans and the taste is a bit bitter requiring me to add more sugar and cream. So tomorrow I'll use fewer beans and see what we get.

Organic Peru Cajamarca

This iight roast is very flavorable. I am usually a medium to dark roast guy, but this is a very bold light roast with a great taste. I will for sure buy this coffee again.
