Poor quality, inaccurate material.

Not carved stone, seems to be cheap acrilic, snapped inserting into my septum, that's insanely brittle! Would leave one star if Tulsa wasn't such a reliable vendor. Please at least compensate account points and do better checking manufacturers quality next time.
