Love the product, not the BOT customer service.
Love the underwear. Love all of the products. Very unhappy with the confusing order process and promises of $$ off that in most cases you won’t qualify for, for reasons unknown. The bot customer service is not effective and impossible to deal with when the need is more than “ basic”.
