This little rod appears to be of very nice quality. It looks like it has a little faster action but not too much power for an ultra light rod. In other words very nice for smaller fish. I think it will be able to handle small jigs and treble hook baits as well. It paired well with a small JDM Daiwa Certate 2000 size with a shallow spool and 5lb braid. They balance well together. Might try to use another 1000 size reel and see how that looks like. The rod looks great as far as design, and fit and finish looks great. The guides are nice and big and knots should be able to shoot through them without any issues. Great job Kistler!
