Disappointed

I requested a refund. I bought these as gifts, but 2 of them arrived with beat up boxes so they were ungiftable. 2 of them were smaller than the other two even though I thought they were the same thing, just different designs. Since I had intended to give them to 4 siblings, they all needed to be the same size (to prevent arguing) and they were useless since 2 were damaged. Hopefully cubicle will let me return them
