Palm Springs Sand Doormat

The mat is OK, great size but the palms are grey not the white displayed on the sales page. When I queried this with CS she gave me a bunch of reasons as to why it wasn’t white but nothing that justified the product received being so different from the sales page. She then abruptly told me I could exchange if I wanted to at my own cost - customers rely on sale page information and images to make choices so it should be reliable.

Pretty design and I loved the palms but the print is not as pictured, it’s grey and faded.
