This bow is absolutely beautiful and exudes superior quality. The staff at Eason did a great job of sending me a stiffer bow as I requested, to help bring out the tone of my erhu. My understanding is that this bow is used by many professional musicians because of the workmanship and quality...and it clearly shows when you have this in your hand and are playing. It isn't inexpensive, but as far as accessories go this is the best upgrade you can make to transform your instrument into something that plays and sounds even better. Very much worth purchasing.
