My locs don’t feel heavy after use . It has a light fragrance and I use it every other day . Also I keep it refrigerated so when I do apply the spray it feels good on my scalp.

Customer service needs improvement

The product appears to be so far so good. This is my 2nd order. It was a refill. I reached out about my first order bottle was damaged and POSSIBLY not enough product left in the container. No response from the company :-(
